By accessing or using SnapCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SnapCode provides code screenshot generation tools for developers. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• One person per account; no shared or resold accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SnapCode to:

• Generate screenshots containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Automate abuse of the API beyond fair usage limits

5. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied

6. Limitation of Liability

SnapCode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
